Message from the Chair
Chairman’s Vision & Strategic Direction for RNHA Florida 2026
As Chairman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Florida, my vision is to build a strong, united, and highly effective statewide organization that elevates Hispanic conservative leadership and strengthens our influence in Florida’s political landscape. Our chapter has a unique responsibility: we sit at the crossroads of the nation’s largest Hispanic communities and one of the most politically consequential states in America. What we build here will shape the future of our movement nationally.
My plan for RNHA Florida is rooted in three core principles: growth, visibility, and impact.
First, we will grow.
Our top priority is to expand our membership and build a vibrant statewide network. Through strategic outreach, county-level delegates, and a renewed digital presence, we will bring more Hispanic conservatives into the fold and ensure every region of Florida has a voice and a leader.
Second, we will be visible.
RNHA Florida must be present where our people are — in the media, in our neighborhoods, at community events, and in the halls of government. We will increase our presence through media, social platforms, and partnerships with organizations that share our values. We will host policy forums, town halls, and training events that position us as a trusted resource for Hispanic voters and leaders.
Third, we will make an impact.
Our county delegates and board advisors will actively track legislation, build relationships with Hispanic elected officials, and advocate for conservative solutions that strengthen families, expand opportunity, and protect our freedoms. We will develop tools, training, and mentorship programs to prepare the next generation of Hispanic candidates, campaign staff, and grassroots leaders. Our goal is not only to participate in the political process, but to shape it.
This year marks a new chapter for RNHA Florida. With a committed board, a clear strategy, and a renewed sense of purpose, we are building an organization that empowers our community, amplifies our voice, and strengthens the conservative movement across the state.
Together, we will grow our membership, elevate our visibility, and expand our influence — ensuring that Hispanic conservatives are not only heard, but leading the way.
