Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about RNHA Florida, our events, membership, volunteer and chapter opportunities, and civic engagement resources. Content is for general informational purposes only.

No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee any election result, voter turnout, endorsement, fundraising level, or policy outcome. Participation in RNHA Florida activities does not guarantee support for any candidate or cause.

Not legal or professional advice. Voter information, election dates, and ballot measure summaries on the Site are provided as a convenience. Confirm official details with your county Supervisor of Elections or the Florida Division of Elections.

Endorsements and views. Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content do not represent the official position of the Republican Party, any candidate, or any campaign. All political advertisements contain the language “Paid Political Ad paid by the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Florida” as required by state law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law, including election, campaign finance, and anti-spam laws
• Provide false information, or impersonate any person, candidate, campaign, or organization
• Spread false information about voting, such as wrong election dates, locations, or eligibility rules
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others, or post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content
• Submit another person's information without their permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, introduce malware, scrape data, or disrupt its operation
• Use the Site's content or contact information to send unsolicited commercial messages

We may remove content, suspend access, or refuse service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Intellectual property and your submissions

The Site's text, graphics, logos, toolkits, voter-guide materials, and other content belong to RNHA Florida or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial, civic purposes with credit to RNHA Florida. Any other use needs our written permission. Nothing here grants you a right to use the RNHA name or logos, or those of the national Republican National Hispanic Assembly, without permission.

If you send us comments, photos, questionnaire responses, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to do so and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish them in connection with our mission. We are not obliged to use them.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from RNHA Florida at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to other websites, social media platforms, candidates' campaign sites, and partner organizations. We do not control them, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RNHA Florida and its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Indemnification, governing law, and contact

Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless RNHA Florida and its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.

General. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RNHA Florida regarding the Site.
